Every extension service begins with a consultation so your specialist can assess colour, density, lifestyle, hair health and the amount of hair required. Pricing stays "from" until your final plan is confirmed.
Wefts are selected and toned to blend with your current colour, future colour goals and natural variation.
Most extension clients return around the 6 week mark for move-up maintenance, refresh work and care checks.

These terms apply when you use the Muse & Moonlight website, client portal, booking forms, messaging tools, payment links or services. Muse & Moonlight is based in Western Australia and provides premium hair extension consultations, extension services, care support and related retail products.
By using the site, creating a portal account, requesting an appointment or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or portal.
New clients start with an initial consultation so we can understand your goals, hair history, colour, suitability, timing and likely investment. A requested time is not fully confirmed until Muse & Moonlight reviews and accepts the request.
After you submit a request, your portal may show an awaiting confirmation step while the admin team reviews availability and next steps.
Website prices are guides only unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on your consultation, hair goals, grams of hair, colour work, maintenance needs, service timing and any add-ons.
The initial consultation has a $50 lock-in payment unless Muse & Moonlight is running an approved promotion or manually waives it. Larger extension appointments may require a deposit after consultation. Deposit amounts and due dates will be confirmed in your quote or portal.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Short-notice cancellations, no-shows or repeated changes may affect whether a lock-in payment or deposit is transferred, retained or applied to a future appointment.
Muse & Moonlight may reschedule if needed due to illness, safety, supplier delay, unsuitable hair condition, incorrect booking information or events outside reasonable control. If we need to change your appointment, we will contact you with available options.
Extension work is customised. Results depend on your natural hair, colour history, product history, hair health, aftercare, lifestyle and maintenance. We may recommend a different service, staged plan or no extension service if we believe it is the safer option for your hair.
You agree to provide accurate information about colour history, chemical services, medication or health factors that may affect your hair, previous extension work and current hair condition.
You are responsible for following aftercare advice, using suitable products, brushing and styling safely, and returning for maintenance within the advised timeframe. Damage caused by incorrect care, late maintenance, unsuitable products, heat misuse or third-party services may not be treated as a service fault.
Retail products should be used as directed. If a product appears faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where relevant. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for letting us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. The portal may hold appointment information, messages, inspiration images, care notes, policies, quotes, payment status and referral details.
Admin access is restricted to approved Muse & Moonlight accounts. Client portal access is for the client connected to the booking or enquiry.
We may ask whether you are open to appointment photos or filming. Content will only be used for marketing or social media where consent has been given. You can say no, and you can ask us not to publish identifiable content before it is posted.
If you upload inspiration photos or images through the portal, you confirm you have the right to share them with us for consultation and service planning.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. SMS may be sent through Twilio. Analytics and advertising pixels may be provided by Google and Meta. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
You must not misuse the website or portal, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with security, submit false information, upload harmful files or use the site in a way that disrupts the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where a service or product has a major failure, you may be entitled to remedies under the law.
We may update these terms as the business, booking flow, portal or services change. The latest version will be published on this page.

We may also send conversion events to platforms such as Meta or Google so we can measure enquiries, bookings and checkout activity. Where possible, contact details used for conversion matching are hashed before being sent.
We use personal information to create and manage portal accounts, process booking requests, confirm availability, prepare quotes, request payments, send reminders, answer messages, provide aftercare, manage referrals, improve services, protect the site, keep business records and measure marketing performance.
Client portal access may use email, phone or Google sign-in. Admin access is restricted to approved Google-enabled Muse & Moonlight accounts. We use login information to identify the correct client or admin and to protect booking, message and care information.
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Muse & Moonlight does not intentionally store full card details. Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing details, transaction status and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.
We may send service messages through the portal, email or SMS. SMS may be sent through Twilio or a similar provider. These messages may include booking confirmations, payment reminders, quote updates, aftercare, appointment changes or important client support information.
You can ask us to stop non-essential marketing messages. Some transactional messages may still be needed to manage bookings, payments or safety-related appointment updates.
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website, hosting, database, analytics, advertising, payment processing, SMS, email, security, booking management or business administration. Current or planned providers may include Firebase or Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Meta, Stripe and Twilio.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a serious safety concern, to protect our rights, or with your consent.
